Almost every textile complaint traces back to a measurement or a colour approval that was never documented.
- GSM and thread count tested on production fabric, not the sales sample
- Shrinkage and colour-fastness after wash, in writing
- Approved lab dips and a signed colour standard held by both sides
- Cut-size tolerance per piece, checked against the size label
